Michael D. Ryan
President & Chief Executive Officer
As a former banker and the son of an accountant, Michael Ryan learned the importance of detail and precision when working with numbers early in life. But when Mr. Ryan founded Innovative Financing Solutions (IFS), he learned business success went beyond understanding the numbers. It was about helping people and their businesses through difficult and challenging times.
Christopher A. Meccariello
Chief Operating Officer
Christopher joined IFS in 2012. As the company’s Chief Operating Officer, Christopher’s responsibilities are wide – overseeing all areas of loan operations including loan underwriting, application processing, closings, servicing, compliance and liquidation. As COO he is also responsible for establishing and implementing internal systems and controls, employee training and development and Lender training and development.
Joseph Herbst
Senior Vice President – Business Development
Joseph joined IFS in 2012 and is responsible for developing new client relationships, client relationship management, assessing loan eligibility and structuring, and borrower relationship management.
Lorraine Treusdell
Servicing & Compliance Manager
Lorraine joined IFS in 2015 and manages the servicing and compliance department.
She and her team are responsible for post-closing compliance reviews, ongoing servicing tickler management, managing exception tracking through resolution, and documenting post-closing servicing actions.
Linda Hoffman
Senior Closing and Investor Reporting Specialist
Linda joined IFS in 2016 and leads the Closing and 1502 reporting team. Primary responsibilities include coordinating loan closings, reviewing and submitting environmental reports for concurrence, coordinating loan sales and preparing the monthly SBA 1502 report.
Anthony “Tony” Miele
Credit Manager – Loan Originations
Tony joined IFS in 2013 and leads the credit underwriting and application packaging team.
J. Ryan McLean
Senior Credit Analyst
Ryan joined IFS in 2016 and is an underwriting team leader. He is responsible for credit analysis and underwriting of commercial loan transactions.
Robyn Vukelich
Credit Manager – Servicing Department
Robyn joined IFS in 2020 and manages the portfolio management and special assets team.
