About Linda Hoffman

Linda joined IFS in 2016 and leads the Closing and 1502 reporting team. Primary responsibilities include coordinating loan closings, reviewing and submitting environmental reports for concurrence, coordinating loan sales and preparing the monthly SBA 1502 report.

Linda possesses over 30 years of experience in the commercial and residential finance industries. Prior to joining IFS, she was a Client Relations Manager with a commercial mortgage syndication company and Loan Servicing Supervisor with a national commercial lending institution.

Linda has received numerous Mortgage Bankers Association certifications including Level I & II Commercial Servicer Certifications.
