About Anthony “Tony” Miele

Tony joined IFS in 2013 and leads the credit underwriting and application packaging team.

He and his team are responsible for credit analysis and underwriting commercial loan transactions. He spreads and analyzes financial statements, organizing and reviewing loan application information, producing comprehensive Credit Memorandum and preparing loan applications for agency approval. He works closely with lender and borrower clients to navigate the underwriting and application process.

Tony started his career in government-guaranteed lending with IFS and graduated from Kings College with a B.S. in Business Administration. He is also a graduate of the Risk Management Association’s Commercial Lending School.
